Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from VibeVoyage! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the day you receive your item.

Return Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you must contact us first at shop.vibevoyage@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs & Address:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply do not like the product or changed your mind, the return shipping costs are covered by you (the customer).

  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop.vibevoyage@gmail.com so we can make it right.

  • Note: For damaged or defective items, you must provide clear photo or video proof within 24 hours of delivery for us to cover the return shipping.

Alternative Smart Solution (Save Time & Money): To avoid the hassle and cost of shipping the item back, contact our support team. In many cases, we can offer you a partial refund (up to 50% off), and you can keep the product!

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
